His deep understanding of what brokers face daily, from cover decisions and underwriter relationships to getting claims paid, makes him a fierce and authentic champion of the independent broker. Having served as CEO and held executive roles at the highest levels of the South African insurance industry, he understands the complexity brokers navigate daily. Holding degrees from two of South Africa’s leading institutions, and having started two insurance businesses abroad, his expertise in digital transformation, compliance-ready technology architecture, and business process automation directly informs BrokerEdge’s mission to replace administrative burden with intelligent, scalable solutions that empower independent brokers to grow.
